Medical Evaluation Requirement All services provided through HGH Therapy Baja are strictly medical in nature. No medication, hormone therapy, or treatment plan is dispensed without a comprehensive medical evaluation and a valid prescription issued by our licensed physicians in Ensenada, Mexico.
No Guaranteed Prescriptions Submission of the Medical Intake Form and payment of the consultation fee does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed physician will review your medical history, blood work, and current health status to determine medical necessity.
Physician Discretion Our medical team reserves the right to deny treatment to any individual if:
- There is no clear medical indication for therapy (e.g., no hormone deficiency found).
- The patient has contraindications that make treatment unsafe.
- The patient is seeking treatment for non-medical purposes (see Terms of Service).
Refunds for Denied Treatment If our physician determines you are not a candidate for treatment during the initial review, you will be notified immediately, and any prepaid treatment fees will be refunded, minus a nominal administrative fee for the medical review.
