At HGH Therapy, our priority is ensuring the safety, potency, and integrity of every treatment we dispense. Due to strict medical safety regulations regarding prescription medications, we adhere to the following policies to protect our patients.
1. Product Integrity Guarantee
We guarantee that all medication dispensed at our clinic is factory-sealed, authentic, and has been stored within strict cold-chain temperature ranges to ensure maximum potency.
- Temperature Assurance: All treatments are dispensed with medical-grade travel cooling packs to ensure they remain safe during your transport back home.
- Inspection at Pickup: We encourage all patients to inspect their treatment kits with our staff at the time of pickup or local delivery.
- Immediate Replacement: If your medication is found to be damaged, defective, or compromised at the time of handover, we will replace it immediately free of charge.
2. Returns (Prescription Medication)
For your safety and the safety of others, we cannot accept returns on prescription medications once they have left our pharmacy’s chain of custody. This is a standard medical safety regulation to prevent tampering and contamination.
- Final Sale: Once you have accepted the medication and left the clinic (or accepted the local delivery), the sale is final.
- Disposal: If you have unused medication you wish to discard, please follow FDA guidelines for proper disposal or return it to a local pharmacy take-back program in your area.
3. Cancellations
We understand that travel plans can change. You may cancel your reservation for a full refund at any time before your scheduled appointment or local dispatch.

4. Refunds
If a refund is approved for a cancelled appointment or a billing error:
- Processing : Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
5. Unclaimed Orders & Missed Appointments
If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup time, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Holding Period: We will hold your dispensed medication in our cold storage for up to 7 days after your scheduled appointment date.
- Abandonment: Orders not claimed within 7 days may be cancelled and restocked. A restocking fee may apply if the medication was specially ordered for your treatment plan.
