- Transit Time (3–5 Business Days): Your package is handed to the air carrier and flies directly from Mexico City to your local distribution hub.
- Total Delivery Estimate (4–7 Business Days): This is the typical time from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather events, or customs inspections.

To claim a reshipment: Simply email us a photo of the seizure letter or the damaged product within 48 hours of the delivery/notification. We handle the rest.
