Welcome to HGH Therapy (hghtherapy.com.mx). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, telemedicine platform, and clinic services. By accessing our site or booking a treatment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Medical Disclaimer

We are not a substitute for your primary care physician. The services provided by HGH Therapy are limited to the evaluation and management of specific conditions (Hormone Optimization and Metabolic Weight Loss).

  • Consultation: Our physicians rely on the accuracy of the information you provide in your medical intake form. You agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date medical history.
  • No Emergency Care: Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your local emergency services (911) immediately.
  • Results: Medical results vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific weight loss amounts or muscle gain results, as these depend on personal biology and adherence to the protocol.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 40 years of age to qualify for our anti-aging and hormone optimization protocols.
  • Medical Purpose: Our treatments are exclusively for wellness and anti-aging purposes (Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency). We strictly do not prescribe HGH for bodybuilding, performance enhancement, or competitive sports.
  • Be accessing the website for personal use only (no commercial resale of medication).
  • Be willing to travel to our clinic location or a local accommodation in Mexico to receive your treatment.

Prohibition on Athletic Performance & Bodybuilding Services provided by HGH Therapy Baja are strictly for legitimate medical conditions, including Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency (AGHD) and medically supervised weight management. We strictly prohibit the use of our services for bodybuilding, athletic performance enhancement, or “anti-doping” evasion. By submitting your intake form, you attest that you are not seeking treatment for competitive athletic purposes. We reserve the right to deny service to any patient suspected of abusing these therapies for non-medical enhancement.

3. Prescription Policy

  • Valid Prescription: Medications (Norditropin, Ozempic, Rybelsus, Omnitrope, Genotropin, Ngenla) are dispensed only on valid prescription issued by one of our licensed physicians.
  • Personal Use Only: Prescriptions are issued strictly for the patient named on the order. You agree not to distribute, sell, or share your medication with others.
  • Dosage: You agree to follow the dosage and administration instructions provided by your prescribing doctor.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Charges: Your transaction will appear on your bank statement under our discreet merchant descriptor.

5. Treatment Pickup & Transport

  • Clinic Pickup Model: You acknowledge that HGH Therapy operates as a destination medical clinic. All medications are dispensed at our pharmacy in Ensenada, Mexico, for personal pickup or local courier delivery to your accommodation within Mexico. We do not ship medications internationally.
  • Personal Importation: You are responsible for complying with your home country’s personal importation laws. For US residents, the FDA generally allows the personal importation of a 90-day supply of medication for personal use when accompanied by a valid prescription (which we provide).

6. Refund and Return Policy

Due to strict pharmaceutical regulations, we cannot accept returns on prescription medications.

  • Final Sale: Once a treatment kit has left our pharmacy’s chain of custody (picked up by you or delivered to your hotel), it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Inspection: We encourage you to inspect your medication immediately upon pickup. If your medication is found to be damaged or defective at the time of handover, we will replace it immediately free of charge.
  • Cancellations: Appointments may be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the pharmacy has dispensed and packed your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HGH Therapy and its physicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or medications.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Baja California, Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution You expressly acknowledge that all medical services, consultations, and transactions are legally deemed to occur in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, where our clinic and physicians are physically located. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mexico. You hereby waive any claim that the laws of the United States (or your local jurisdiction) apply to the medical services provided herein.
